Both KO and Futaba are a good radio. Myself found futaba has stronger signal by turning both radio on and glithces less than the KO.
The Helios has apparently inproved in terms of signal.

We do not use much of Sanwa as somehow, OVERHERE, has the weakest signal and glitches the worst.. This is kind of remind me of excuses people use when not winning the races on some reports on the net 
I would agree with you here about Sanwa radios but some racers over here believe that the radio makes the difference in driving for them !
