Mine did. I found chunks of it between the sleeve and case. Caused me some tuning problems to say the least.

I cleaned out the motor and removed the chunks of silicone. What will this do to the performance/runtime of this motor, lacking the insert?

Runs great now that I figured out what was going on. It rips now, idles without stalling, and then doesn't load up/stall when I grab a handfull.

Anybody?

We re-fill the cranks on a lot of Sirio trinity engines, They are notoriuos for the epoxy coming out. We charge $15 you can run it without, like another member stated ,but it will run better with the epoxy in. With the epoxy out it enlarges crankcase volume, so you will lose responsiveness and a bit of runtime.
