Everything in mine went together great, and yes the roll pins come in a whole other bag, i think it was with the body clips and such. With the cva's you have to add a 3rd axle shim to both sides imo. My FTsc10 really needed a 3rd shim as well.
My tranny was smooth as butter and i tried cranking on the screws to see if it would bind and it didnt. MOst likely a bearing might be slightly unseated. Usually if everything is seated correctly and there is still a bind its just the case itself. The old cases were like this as well, some just didnt come out of the molds well.
The manual calls for 2 shock limiters front and rear and I only got 1 each for the front shocks. No big deal though its all driver preferance, i dont like that much limiting on the tracks i run on.
It is like building a whole "different" b4. the quality is much higher than even the FTB4 i built new in march( or the 6 others before that lol). Id say 85% of the kit is new/different.
I agree totaly and was my experience as well! Nice build and one of the best thus far no matter what brand.
