If it allows you could take your 12th for a bash around Windsor on wed afternoon/night as they are open late as a sort of practice night every wed night. It isn't carpet but a painted concrete surface. It is painted with a sandy paint that ups the grip quite a bit of the standard surface, then they have layed down layers of VHT so your shoes stick to it as you walk across it. Dumping a 10.5 1s is not hard with so much grip and it shouldn't be hard to stash your 12th, radio and a battery or two in with your luggage.
