Stranded wire is stranded wire as long as it is reputable and the strand count is the same. Car stereo is the reason why you guys have ultra flexible wire from Tekin, TQ, etc.....

BUT, if you use cheap stuff like lamp cord, etc... from Home Depot or Ebay, that is a different story.
