with my LRP Z.28r spec3 I was running all alum kingshead 7075 w/2 gold, 2/silver. thanks for feedback.
4 aluminum with 2 gold and 2 green should do the trick. Softer 6061 shoes will grab better if that's what you are looking for. I would never recommend running silver springs on anything. If you need more snap than the green/gold, run 4 gold springs.
