You need to balance the chassis, and also the suspension. The chassis is balanced without roll bars and equal shocks (length and tension) plus setup wheels.

The suspension is easier to do with something like the old MIP or hudy tweak board to adjust the preload on the sway bars without shocks, and then preload on the shocks.
Brian, can you explain how you adjust the swaybar preload and balance without shocks on tweak board please?
