deadmancourt heat the motor up with a heat gun before u fire it up & all will be good. the motor isn't run in yet by the sounds of it & the crank play is normal without the flywheel !
have a good look at the head button with a small flat blade screwdriver & see if you have the shimes there as 1 is the same color as the head button & the copper ones might be under it !
