Thank you sir, I have been looking at the cobrax2 for a little while now, I will give her a try for my next engine. Sound like some of the problems stated sound very similiar to rushing a break in a bit, those beginning runs of break in are crucial, I have noticed the Axe engines a VERY tight, getting them up to 200-210 is what I do on all engines that are so much tighter then some of them out there. My Novas are much tighter then os engines to start and break them in a little different, I broke the axe sport as I do my novas, after 5+ gallons the front bearing needs replacing, the head has a broken fin but internally it is perfect to this day, poor girl sits in a bag lubed and at rest, I am going to find out what heads fit and get a used on and use it as a practice engine.
