Either call Castle support and see if you're doing something wrong or there is something wrong with the MM. I've always used the Castle link or the Field Link, never tried manual programing, quit doing that with Quarks.
The newer way to program Castle ESCs, the 'Field Link' doesn't use a PC and you can set the cutoff voltage, auto lipo cutoff volts, drag brake. brake strength, punch control, reverse type, motor type and motor timing and CHEAT mode.
It can also be used with a PC providing all the Castle Link capabilities.
