simple way to take seals off bearings?
is there a simple way to take the seals off bearings to spray out the thick grease?
curently im taking my xacto knife and trying to pick the little ring out. then taking the teflon seal and metal shield out. spraying out the grease, then useing trinity royal oil to relube them.
