Dragbrake is a personal preference.
On my Tamiya/LRP speedo I use normally program 3.
I'm sure all topdrivers use a small amount of dragbrake.

I always use a little dragbrake + I use also brake on my radio.
Every corner is different so you can't set only your dragbrake.

1. Little rebound is about 50% but the shaft goes very slowly up.
2. I normally use standard top cap for carpet and drill hole for asphalt.
3. I never use anything on top of the bladder.
4. At LRP race I test 2 o-ring in practise and it gave a little more dampening = traction

Thanks! I can't help you with a second hand 416 but i'm sure you will find it.

In the mini I used an o-ring inside the shock to make the shockshaft shorter, less droop.

I not ran much with the sweep tyres but normally tyre tweak or FX2 works best on this tyre.

Please share a little bit more info.

This question I cant answer as I don't have much info about tyres, track conditions etc. Please share more detail.
