i've narrowed it down to caster ex 1.5 and hyper9e. from what i understand hyper9e is a good buggy very reliable. matrix have some upgrades to make it bullet proof. lots of people already got it and they love it. im not sure if its beginner friendly.
caster 1.5 is made up of aluminum parts, already bullet proof, people seem to like it. i kinda like it too. =)
sooo guys help me out i want the opinion of someone who has tried both
