I would recommend building it stock exactly, with the exception of front width, add 2mm between the Front bulkhead and lower arm.
An extra set of #4617 bulkhead shims will be handy, also a set of #8425 kingpin shims.
As for rollout, try
gearchart.com. makes it easy to set and print rollout sheets.
As for gearing, I run a track a little larger than that (100x50 ish)
My setup was with Tekin RS in Stock Spec mode
roll 85, endbell 24 deg, full cranked.
70 to 80 roll may work better for your track, but motors vary.
