A b5 is controllable in a buggy, just not as smooth as a B6. The b6 is also better on fuel mileage. If you like a smoother motor period, whether its buggy or truggy, you can go with the B6. I'm personally running a B6 in buggy AND truggy right now, which helps me with throttle control.
