Usually AIR in the 2's is good. These new cells have alot more punch to me than any of the other ones in the past, and yes you do want low ir especially in stock. You are thinking the right way, but voltage is so good these days it is not as much of an issue. They usually get alot higher than the voltage on the labels anyway.
