I had no flex milling out my stock chassis to get the MMP (huge footprint) to fit in.

After using GP 2X sided tape underneath and sticking the switch to the said of the fan with CA glue, the thing fit snug and beautifully.

I was worried that I would loose strength in the chassis doing this, but I could honestly tell you that I didn't notice any loss. The only trick was to install the rear chassis brace . . .

I had to snake/ shoe in the rear brace in from the right side, and almost thought that I needed to cut it too. Not the case. I laid it flat and slid it in like a boomerang and it fit nice.

PS - be sure you want to commit to a MMP ESC in your TA05. Once you cut, put a smaller ESC in later, I dunno about that.
