Roger, the diff eccenters are there to act like a tesioner, just set the eccenters to full tight, although you dont want the belts too tight, they wear out faster and create too much drag on the drivetrain if its too tight.
Steve, I know about the eccenters and even at its limit with a new "wide" belt, its still too loose.
Besides, how would you know anything about the actual car because you hardly ever run yours.
