The biggest thing I can suggest is possibly changing the gearing on the car. The WS7 is a top end motor and will feel like it lacks bottom end in many applications. I have used a stock WS7 and it was great but I changed the gearing from a 48 tooth spur to a 50 tooth as the two teeth on the spur is less dramatic than one tooth on the CB.

Other than that just tune the engine like normal, make sure it sings real good down the straight away, then tune the LSN so the car accelerates real well and can sit and idle for 3 or 4 seconds without loading up.
