Nope. You need a regulator to use a rx lipo for the receiver. It's only rated for 6V and will not supply HV servos at full 7.2V speed.

Just get a BEC and grab 7.2V directly from your single battery to the HV servos. Get your servo signal only from the RX. Power your RX from the MMP's internal BEC at 5.5-6V.

In this 3 voltage config the MMP is powering your receiver for signal only at 5.5V and the motor at your pack voltage. The battery is providing 7.2V through a BEC directly to your servos +/- wires.
