Yeah its a 2S battery... the ESC can handle up to 3S (not to say that I can )

I found another thread deep in the off-road E threads saying someone ran the same battery I had with the 8.5T version of the motor/ESC kit I'm getting just fine so with what you guys are saying and reading that I feel pretty safe (I'll still take precautions though)
