I guess it was bad to begin with. I plugged it up (switch was off) and got smoke as soon as the battery made contact.
I am not much on the cheap stuff (reason above is why
). I have a good friend that runs a hobby shop so I have a Tekin RS/13.5 combo and a separate 17.5 on the way. I have been using Tekin for a long time without problems. I will stick with them from now on.
