Yeah send it back...I have had 1 do this too but Hitec will most likely replace it or at least fix it in a timely manner.They have done it for me over the years even when one was out of warranty and I told them it was. Airtronics blamed me on a $140 servo that failed during it's first run and charged me $38 plus shipping to fix it and i sent the receipt.
