sorry to bump this thread from 3 years ago, but I can give you the answer.

From the official KO manual, it's a choke coil of 4.7 µH and with a DC resistance of 0.5 Ohm or less.

For more info, it was set for use with a high-frequency ESC (from 2 to 10 kHz), in order to prevent servo errors or even damage, due to spike noise in the Ni-Cd (+) lead of the high-frequency ESC.
