I'm sure you know teh AC-6 is a 50watt charger. It will charge a 6S, its rated for that cell count. It will take a while since with a 50watt limit, current would just be 50watt/25.2v = 1.98amps. Instead of about an hour, I'd estimate it'd take somewhere between 2.5 - 3hrs. This is worst case since when the lipo first starts charging, the voltage will be lower and the charger's charge current will be a little higher.
