i have been using the heat gun, with a extention cord but at my track there is never enough plug outlets so, thats why i need a inverter il just hook it up to my car battery.
its a pretty new engine stil tight lol.
i checked on the back of ..the heat gun and you can set it to 1000w or 120 v.
i only have a low heat setting and , a hot heat setting i have to use the hottest setting . but i use 120 v setting.
