I think it's the other way around - ie swingshaft ballend on 416 is smaller than than T3. This means the 416 shaft will float around inside the T3 drive cup slightly. That may or may not cause issues. Otherwise, you might need the T3 uni's as well. And they aren't exactly cheap...
