Still no answer as to which side these bolts are on??? What kind of driver are you trying to use?? We need some more info to help you further.

I personally have a Husky ratcheting driver that bends at a 90* angle. I use a short hex bit(not the RC speed tips... Like a normal hex bit) of the right size in the driver. With it locked in the 90* position you get a whole lot of torque. If the hex head is not stripped out and it is strong enough, this method will get the screws out without too much effort. Just be careful, it will also strip the heads out easily if you aren't careful. Make sure the bit is all the way in the screw. Even use a small hammer to tap the bit into the screw head. It should bust them free pretty easily.
