from the chassis or the engine blocks?

for chassis. use a hair dryer... (not a heat gun)
sit it almost on-top of the mounts, to the side so it's lying against the chassis side guards.

leave it on high for 10-15 minutes.

flip it over. get a hex DRIVER, and hit the top of drive reasonably hard with a set of flat sided pliers(not a hammer..)

should loosen up

DONT HEAT FROM CHASSIS PLATE SIDE... more luck heating the actual mounts.

for getting engine block off mounts. heat the mounts again as above.

sit the engine down aganst something. grab a piece of wood or as such, put it against the mounts and lightly tap the piece of wood with something.

it will loosen them.
i just had this problem with my xray mounts on my engine. works a charm
