I have used the 7965 before too when I ran a nimh pack.
Torque: 139 oz/in @ 6V
Speed: 0.10 sec/60 deg @ 6V
i find myself thinking how hard it would be to pull the trigger faster then one tenth of a second. That is 0.10. I know my triger finger is not faster then this. And guess it would be opening the slide faster, but there has to be a point of dimenished gains. Your carburator can only react so fast.
