rubber tires work fine on carpet but if everyone at your track is running foams then get foams. Rubber tires dont tear up the carpet it the traction sauce that you use. Paragon has stuff in it that eats away at the carpet. We have run rubber tires on are carpet for 4 years now and we get cars that traction roll so you will get grip
