i like the idea of a huge event at the end of the year. if you make a challenge with one club going to the others track it limits the amount of participants, and leaves the event being a locals only type thing. if all clubs aim to a end of year event it would also build up the hype for the eventual clash of all nsw clubs.

what you could do is hold a club vrs club day like you said but have it inbetween each qualification round. so every 1.1/2 to 2 months clubs meet at the opposing local tracks for a challenge.
