Talked with Anthony, he is at Iwakuni(sp) until this Saturday. He is good with anything we want to do on the weekend of the 4th.
My input is for a race on Saturday morning..........not sure who all will show up.
I have been giving some thought as to how we could have a fun and competative day at the track with a small number of drivers, here are some ideas I came up with.
Run the qualifiers more like NASCAR(I hate Nascar by the way), still run a 5min qualifier but with one one guy at a time. Rack and stack the mains by qualifying times/laps or fastest lap. Have small mains to allow for a couple of turn marshalls.
Many of the bigger RC races are running more than one main and take average finish of 2 or 3 mains to determine winner......more track time for everyone.
