Just an update, I got to run the JL at the Newton, Ks dirt oval track this weekend. The Clockworks JL ran awesome (only had 4 tanks on it before racing ), still haven't leaned on it real hard but it is making tons of power. Wasn't a big turnout for the race but I did get to race against Doug Gaut (one of the developers of the Losi latemodel!). The track couldn't hold nearly all the power the JL was making, but I did finish second behind Doug on the same lap. I think I could have giving him a run (I led for awhile), but lap traffic was not my friend I'm planning on going to Joplin, MO this weekend for the first time and try and give the JL another workout I'll let everyone know how I do.
