i ordered one of these the other day, it seemed like a great ESC/motor combo for my first 1/10th tourer.

i didnt order the programming card, but do they work good without it?
is the lipo voltage cutoff on by default?
if i do really need the programming card, where can i find one? i havent had much luck googling as of yet.
also does it come with a fan or no?
