Not necessarily... anything over 30c is usually adequate. However, the lower the voltage, the stronger you want your batteries (higher C) generally speaking since the lower voltage setups are going to require the batteries work harder to deliver the needed power.
i need some better batteries then, like 40c plus if i am going to run 4s. time to buy good stuff.
