Anyone have some advice for getting the 121 rear bearing out. I have an ofna puller and I can't get the dumb thing out to save my life.

Tried without heat
tried with localized heat

Heated it up in the oven at 300 few times 10 min intervals (should i go longer?)
Heated in the oven at 350 a few times and the damn thing won't budge
tried to freeze it and pull it out hoping the bearing would shrink around the ofna puller better..

anyone have any other tries ideas or anything

I'm rather frustrated
