Chris is right. I compared the shafts from my standard Evo and the one in the box with the TB-02, and the 02 shaft is a few MM's longer. I'm keeping the red shaft in the surikarn right now, I have only stripped out one set of gears so I am not that worried about it. Knock on wood.
