You may have a weak plug take it off plug it to your igniter blow on the plug and if it flames out if so then it is weak. Or your settings are off take them back to stock settings 1/2 turn from flush on top and 1/4 turn in from flush will give you a rich setting and you will be able to tune it from there. if you are at idle and the wheels don't spin that is a good carb setting on the idle needle.
