I thought only the original release Hyper had grease, and that was only in the rear diff. I believe the updated version comes with oil in all three diffs. I haven't opened them up yet, so I could be wrong. Also, the newer kit comes with the spacers required for the rear shocks to prevent bending the dog bones. Just make sure you put them one when you build the shocks. Another tidbit of info, I'd recommend using some form of lubrication on the center dog bones. I assumed they had been greased from the factory, but after a few races they were showing tremendous wear.
