Do you mean "arms level" as a ride height setting? I don't use that method of setting ride height, but to set ride height, you use spring preload. I personally measure with a ride height gauge instead of using an eyeballed setting like "arms level". Front ride height on the 1.0 should be at 36mm. Rear should be at 38mm. Rear is measured on the bottom of the chassis under the rear differential, and front is measured behind the kick-up in the front of the truck. You shouldn't have any problem getting those ride height settings out of the truck without "cranking down" on the preload collars too much.
