Set peak dectect to have the cells reach 135-150º. Do not charge or discharge with a fan. Charging it will cool the cells and not realize a peak and will over chage the cells. Cooling via fan will cool the outside of the cell and the chemcials inside are still hot. Discharge them after your race and have them sit 1-1/2 to 2 hours before recharging.
