Have had real good luck with Synthetic Wheel bearing Grease. Fill as tight as possible with as little air as possible left in the cup. Found that a small ziplock bag with a couple table spoons of grease and a small hole nipped off the corner works best for me. just sqeeze it in kinda like a cake decorator does.
