i didn't had problem with HK before (turnigy charger)... but if you paid for your items via PAYPAL, I suggest that you file it for dispute (items not received/sent).
PAYPAL is strict about these, and they (HK) will surely respond to you immediately.
Also advised HK that since they have not sent the items yet, you have filed for a refund so that they'll be aware.
Already started that and they keep asking me to close the dispute.I have checked again today to see if there is any tracking info but like usual nothing.Its been over a week and half now and still nothing
