try 32 w in the front with 2 holes if, you dont like that than use the 3 hole shock piston for more foward traction.
and for the rear use 30 w with 3 hole piston , and mount the rear shock in the inside hole on the rear shock arm hole.
but this is my setup for a rough blown, out track that really soaks the ruts up and doesnt bounce too much.
on a smooth track do the complete opposite heavyer shock oil etc.
