A few years back I ran the v spec with a jp2 pipe and loved it. I was running buggy and was getting 10 min. of runtime and plenty of bottom end. I cant remember what insert I had in though. If I were to take a guess I would say I was running a 7mm insert. Don't run no insert at all I hear it doesn't run as good and your fuel mileage goes way down.
