Racing is racing, people win for a multitude of reasons but one thing is always true, you have to finish to win. So if someone wins a race because some one else flamed out, their tire fell off, their tank sprung a leak or Zeus decided to send down a lighting bolt from heaven and blow it up it does not matter. What matters is that first person that gets to the finish line, the rest is just hearsay. I was at the Worlds in Indonesia in 06, Mark was definitely not the fastest, as a matter of fact I think that Scott should have won, but he didn't, then Kortz could have won it but he caught a rut and rolled down the back side of a jump and landed on his lid. Pavidas then took home the win, does the fact that he was not the fastest or that others had issues take away from the fact that he won, no it does not. He was the world champion because he held it together, he made the right decisions and ran the right strategy to do one thing and one thing only, get him to the finish line first (just like you mentioned) and as such he deserved the title. The people that sit around and speculate and comment on he should have done this and that would not have happened if this happened are doing nothing more than blowing hot air.

And in regards to RB Five, him being insulted by one of my posts frankly I think has nothing to do with it. He has been starting stuff for a long time, his posts are continuously trying to stir stuff and it seems that he enjoys trying to get a rise out of people so in my opinion this did not start out as a simple comparison between engines and escalate. It started off with some one that does not know how to communicate properly and enjoys continually creating drama simply going to far and some one (namely me) getting sick of it and calling him on it.

In any case I've said what I had to say, this has been a great thread in the past and lets try to get it back on track!
