Yep that is how I feel about it too. Seems like it stays locked too long for my driving style. Now to be fair, I only ran it a very little bit before pulling it out(because of how bad it was) and I didn't mess around with it's setup at all. Just packed it with grease and ran it. Pulled it out after about 5 minutes, went back to my standard diff and haven't looked back since. But some buddies of mine ran theirs for longer and tried many different greases/fluids with it as well as different spring combos, and the result was the same as mine.
