I have found that as long as you are consistant in the manner that you check your ride height and camber, all is well. The problem with the drop
method, that I don't like, is that unless you have an exact measurement of
the drop, you will get inconsistant readings. I push the car/truck down evenly, in the center of the front and rear towers before my measurements.
Never failed me yet and very consistant as far as repeatability(if thats even
a word, lol). Plus, I like to see how the shocks are working, rebound-wise. If
you've ever been burned by a sticky shock shaft o-ring/seal you'd understand why.
Now, if I could only find an exact way to set front toe, without
a Hudy station, I'd be perfectly happy. I'm good with just eyeballing it for
now though.
