Also they work/dont work in some applications. Ie Tekin supports 1s, while HW does not, so if you are into 1/12 or similar, then Tekin is your answer.
I find SP/HW has better support in sensorless motor support.

Anyway, both are good for my purpose. So think how much you want to spend and then buy the one you want to afford.

They are both about the same in terms of power. But I feel that the HW has a more direct feel in terms of power delivery. Unfortunately, I have had some small issues with the HW, but no one is answering my PM. Actually, no one can answer my question in regards to how good the HW warranty service is. Tekin has the best service in this, and also working on a new update. I guess you get what you pay for.

And in terms of banning this thread, I think the consumers have a right to know which ESC they should buy so opinions should not be censored.
